Welcome to the new Academic Year 2020-2021!  

 After several months inmersed in the pandemic, in The Lofttown we have been keeping for the safety and well-being of our residents. Residence has keep opened and all the necessary measures have been implemented due to COVID.

We want to receive our students with all the safety guarantees, that’s why we have prepared a list of measures. Some of our AntiCOVID measures at Xior The Lofttown are:

• Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers at some points of the residence
• Temperature control at the arrival
• Wear mask in common areas if is not possible to maintain the safe distance
• Spacing between restaurant chairs
• Circuits of entrances and exit
• Control of access to external people
• % Discount on PCR tests
• Disinfectant mat at the entrance
• Isolation rooms
• Daily cleaning and disinfection of common areas
